If you are unable to find an answer to your question please fill in the form at the bottom of the page and one of the team will be in touch.[/vc_column_text][vc_accordion][vc_accordion_tab title=”Can I have a disk instead of logging in to Pulse TV?” color=”green-lite”][vc_column_text]Pulse TV has been designed without the need for a DVD disk as many new laptops do not have a DVD playing facility.
Watching on-line is very straightforward, all you need to do is login and press the play symbol in the middle of the video footage. You will need a sound card or earphones/speakers to listen to your visit whilst you watch. If you are on a site with limited internet speed/connectivity please ask for a disk by  emailing carlo on carlo@pulsemysteryshopping.com or call him on 01636 643743 in work hours and he will be delighted to post one out.[/vc_column_text][/vc_accordion_tab][vc_accordion_tab title=”I can’t log in what do I do?” color=”blue-lite”][vc_column_text]You will have been allocated a password and a username. It should be straightforward to login using these.

If not the good news is you can change your password by pressing the reset symbol and then it emails you the replacement password(see below).

[/vc_column_text][/vc_accordion_tab][vc_accordion_tab title=”The video won’t play…Why Not?” color=”green-lite”][vc_column_text]If you login and can see the footage with the play symbol but when you press the ‘arrow’ the footage will not play this is
often  an internal IT issue where your Companies firewall is unhappy with you playing video footage at work!

Please check with your internal IT helpdesk to see if you have been authorised to watch Pulse TV on your work PC/Laptop.

If you have played footage on your system before we are happy to troubleshoot any issues with you. Please email or call us and we will do what we can to help you access the footage on-line.[/vc_column_text][/vc_accordion_tab][vc_accordion_tab title=”I can’t see my score sheet-Why not?” color=”blue-lite”][vc_column_text]Our system is designed for you to watch your footage without seeing the Pulse score sheet and then to fill out three of your own observations to submit to the database before your score is revealed!  Please ensure you press the submit button and then the score sheet will appear?????!!!

To download/save a score sheet.  You need to click the text description which is below the score sheet.  The options then appear to save, you will need to do this to view at your score sheet traditional size.

When You fill out your three key learning points the feedback is sent monthly to the Sales Director.

Its easier to down load your report when it appears after you have watched your footage. You can also print it easily or save it to your desk top. If you do not do this and log out Pulse then make the score sheet visible under their “My Reports” section. within 24 hours.

Watching the video yourself gives you an opportunity to see your sales performance through your customers eyes. If you do this and record your impressions and then see the Pulse score it will allow you to compare your impressions of your sales techniques.[/vc_column_text][/vc_accordion_tab][vc_accordion_tab title=”What if I disagree with the Pulse score?” color=”blue-lite”][vc_column_text]Pulse score in three ways

1. The selling skills score gives you a score out of 100% for following the sales process
2. The customer skills score (known as magic) shares with you a score out of 15 for our impression of
you personally. This is important as you know ‘people buy people first’
3. The SSP score (single sales principal score) is 11 questions that relate to your adoption of the key stages Group sales training programme

To stream video effectively you will need a fast reliable connection to the internet.

If you are having issues with your video buffering slowly or the the icon just spinning on the screen it’s most likely caused by your internet speed.
